Healthcare Assistant (Female) We require a Healthcare Assistant (Female) to join our client’s well-established team. Based in Reigate you will support their elderly female residents to live full and enriched lives whilst residing at the home. The home is well established in the area with a reputation for providing excellent care to their 52 residents. Location: Reigate, RH2 Hours: Full time, 40 hours Salary: £17,000.00 - £22,000.00 dependent on experience Role Type: Permanent Requirements for a Healthcare Assistant (Female) As a Healthcare Assistant (Female) you will be committed to providing the kind and compassionate care you would expect for your own family members. You will be a key member of the team who will support the female residents at the home providing the continuity and high standards of care that the home is known for. Key Responsibilities as a Healthcare Assistant (Female) • Work with the female residents at the home • Experience of working within elderly care settings • Champion residents' safety and dignity. • Deliver kind and compassionate care in line with the Care Plans provided. • Collaborate with other team members to ensure care meets the highest standards expected. The ideal Healthcare Assistant (Female) • NVQ2 in Health and Social Care or higher • Keen drive to provide compassionate person-centred care • 2 years’ paid experience in care minimum • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Right to work in the UK • Elderly or Dementia experience preferred • Attention to detail and accuracy within administrative skills and computer literacy. • Enhanced Disclosure from the Disclosure and Barring Service • Must be able to provide 5 years of satisfactory references pertinent to the role Please note, as this role is to provide care for the female residents at the home, we are only looking for female candidates.
