Read on The role To chase outstanding invoices due to the Company whilst ensuring that all company policies and procedures pertaining to these functions are followed and updated as required. To work effectively as part of the Credit Control Team. To chase debt and interact with customers on a 1-2-1 basis ensuring all customer correspondence, whether verbal or written is professional and noted on Ellipse Take ownership and proactively manage allocated customer accounts Ensure all customer interaction is fully recorded thus maintaining the integrity of the sales ledger Proactively resolve queries both from internal and external Customers on a timely basis Assist customers with making credit card payments.
