Overview
My client a national business has an opportunity within their products division for a Trade Counter Co Ordinator to join them on a temporary to permanent basis This is really exciting position for someone who thrives in a busy, fast paced environment and has a true passion for Customer Service The Co Ordinator will deal with all of the order processing across the Birmingham depot, you will also manage all of the stock and be responsible for customer accounts The main duties of this role are Meeting and greeting customers Answer inbound sales enquiries, advising the customer on products and services Book out stock against received orders Arrange delivery via hauliers Raise pro forma invoices The ideal candidate will have Previously worked on a busy trade counter within a B2B environment Evidence of high attention to detail Exceptional Customer Service skills Worked within a fast paced environment The working hours are 8.30 - 4.30 Mon – Fri – 37.5 hours The salary is between £9.50 - £10.00 per hour and we are looking to appoint the successful candidate ASAP For more information contact Amanda Reed on or email
