24hpw HR Advisor in Exeter, 11 months MAT cover, £24,000-£26,000pa Your new company A well-established and successful Private Sector organisation with 150 employees based in Exeter are looking for a HR Advisor to cover MAT leave for 11 months. Your new role You will be a strong HR generalist in a friendly business, this is a stand-alone role, responsible for the employee life cycle. You will be responsible for contracts, probations and co-ordinating appraisals. You will manage the ER cases including H&S and Absence Management and on-going recruitment as and when needed. The payroll is within Finance; however, you will be checking forms as they come in. What you'll need to succeed You will need to be either a HR Administrator ready to take the next step up or an experienced HR Advisor. You will need to have a generalist HR background with excellent communication, administration and organisational skills. You will need to have a minimum Level 3 CIPD and redundancy experience is desirable. You will need excellent relationship building skills, be a team player and be a hard-working professional.
