Overview
Electrical Engineer - Junior / Graduate - £25k - £27k, bonus, 25 days holiday, 6% pension, private health, life assurance & training / development - Flexible on location, but relocation to Cumbria for first 1 / 2 years would be ideal - Extensive training in Europe Overview: There are literally 100s of junior & graduate electrical roles in around, so what makes this different? Well, this is working for one of the world leading organisations in their field, an organisation that has been ranked in the top 25 in the UK to work in A multi million pound organisation who invest heavily in to your training and development, so your skill set would continually improve. As opposed to getting a candidate that can "hit the ground running", they would rather take time to bring in a person who wants to learn, develop and forge a career and have an exceptional track record in doing so. Any Power experience - academic or hands on - would be great We would, ideally, look at candidates to relocate to our head office up in Cumbria for the first year or 2, as our head office is here. There is also a lot of training in Europe for the first 6 months, predominantly in our world class training centre in Germany. The Person: We are open to the person who comes in to this role… We are open to a strong graduate or junior electrical professional who has good electrical experience and someone who wants to come up with complex, electrical solutions for high end clients. It is a role for someone who is looking for a company where progression is seen as a company value and is maybe not getting that where they are. For someone who is talented, ambitious wanting to work in a challenging but hugely rewarding environment. We would look at a more experienced option as well. The Role: The role will involve an intense period of training and development on high end electrical products, you will learn how to come up with solutions for high end clients. It's a role you will grow in to and an opportunity to really forge a career, so a lot to take on board The Company: We have worked with some of the major electrical players in the world over the years, these are organisation the one that I have the most interest in from candidates historically. A multinational company who are present in every continent apart from Antarctica, but who are organically growing in the UK so as the feeling of a growing SME (expanded by 25% in the last 4 years) in the UK which gives it a unique feel. They manufacture their own electrical equipment which is provided in to numerous sectors across the world and have to train new staff up around such equipment - complex stuff and things that will be completely new to your skill set. What next? If this seems like an opportunity that appeals, send your CV through and I will be more than happy to go through this in more detail. Look forward to hearing your story…
