IT and MIS Team Leader | Gloucester, UK | £34,977 Benefits Your new company You will be working for a specialist educational provider based in the beautiful Cotswolds. This is an opportunity to work with a renowned public-sector organisation, providing user support to a student body of over 2,000. Your new role You will have the autonomy to lead the IT and MIS team ensuring service levels are agreed and met, whilst providing an infrastructure that supports the growing needs of the organisation. You will ensure the delivery of Financial Statements and Management Information Reports and take ownership of specific technical areas, with hands on incident resolution and project work. What you'll need to succeed Your background will originate from classic infrastructure support, including an understanding of Microsoft Windows, Linux, Unix, SQL- Server, Exchange and Active Directory. It is desirable that you have team leading experience or are looking to take a development step to lead a team in an educational setting. Fundamentally, as the team lead you will display the ability to build lasting professional relationships, provide hands on support to your team and help them to learn and develop.
