We are looking for a Head of Engineering, Engineering Manager or Chief Engineer who’s looking for a challenge. An opportunity to join an industry leading food manufacturer based in London has arisen and you may be exactly who we are looking for. If you have a proven track record of success and are looking for an opportunity to showcase your knowledge and expertise, then I’m very interested in hearing from you Within this challenging role, you will have full autonomy and opportunity to make a significant difference to the continued success of the engineering department. You will be responsible for the engineering strategy. Also other key accountabilities will be to set KPI’s to ensure targets such as safety, compliance and resource utilisation are met. The salary is dependent on experience and what you can bring to the team. We are seeking people who can clearly and confidently outline what they delivered but more importantly how they delivered it. You will be an ambitious person who enjoys taking on challenges and responsibilities. We are looking for someone that has desire to play a key part in a strong, dynamic management team.
