Care Home Manager- RGN Location: West Midlands Start Date: April 2020 (negotiable) Contract: Permanent and Full Time Salary: Competitive Our Client, is an award-winning national care home provider, with a person centred approach, delivering the highest standards of care to their residents. Connaught is partnered with a Care Client, seeking high calibre staff to join their enthusiastic and dedicated workforce nationally. Connaught are now seeking a Registered Home Manager, for a permanent position within this well regarded company. The Care Home Manager and RGN will join an organisation, with an outstanding reputation for their provision of care and the conditions for staff, their facilities include cinema rooms, salons, rooftop gardens, dementia cafés and much more. The Care Home Manager and RGN will be part of a company that operates nationally, due to its success and has received multiple care home awards over recent years, their quality is also reflected in the positive nature of their CQC reports. The Care Home Manager and RGN will be leading a specific care Home located in West Midlands, which already provides excellent care. To be considered for the position of Care Home Manager and RGN, you must meet the following essential criteria; 1st level Registered Nurse (nursing home) with current NMC number NVQ 5 or equivalent in Care for care homes Leadership and Management Level 5 Excellent leadership and management skills Evidence of up to date training / Revalidation for nurses Knowledge of the Health and Social Care Act and Safeguarding Regulations Establish good relationships with all regulatory bodies Excellent experience of Equalities and a meaning approach to Diversity Importantly, the successful Care Home Manager and RGN will bring enthusiasm and warmth that is required to ensure individuals in care, are fully supported and receive the best possible quality, meaningful care. Also excellent experience of managing staff and working the Care sector, with excellent proven track record of excellent CQC reports.
