Job description The Data and Compliance post sits within the Utilities Energy Water and Waste Data and Policy Implementation Team, reporting to the Data and Compliance Manager. The role provides crucial support to a number of areas, providing information that drives efficiencies within the MoD. Responsibilities Ensure provision of energy consumption data from all MOD energy suppliers, reviewing upon receipt and directing any errors/queries back to suppliers. • Process energy consumption data for upload into the Infrastructure Management System (IMS). Resolve any processing errors, escalating through appropriate stakeholders where necessary. • Create and maintain a complete list of energy supply points across the MOD, ensuring correct attributes and reference details are recorded to enable accurate analysis and reporting. • Create energy management reports, enabling the analysis of Utilities consumption across all or designated parts of the MOD estate. Monitor and report MOD performance against Departmental and Government targets. Desirable Experience & Skills Experience of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, would be beneficial.
