Overview
I am recruiting for an Independent Fostering Agency in Bristol who are looking to take on Supervising Social Workers to care for around 6 fostering families. This IFA is seeking dedicated SSW's, reflected by the low case load they prioritise the quality of care given to foster carers and excellent support provided to staff. The role is office based but with flexible and understanding management who are willing to discuss some home-based work. This role will give you the chance to work with families in and around the Bristol area, cover phone based OOH support (paid), not need to complete any form f assessments and enjoy 30 days holiday, pensions scheme and private health coverage.
