You'll need some solid leadership and security monitoring experience in a similar environment and knowledge of threats / false positives and even perhaps some background in tuning various devices and software to produce solid, consistent results for this organisation. Experience with products like Splunk, Arcsight, Q1 Radar, LogLogic, RSA Envisions EPO SNORT IDS IPS / other security devices Netwitness, Niksun etc to look at threats in a real way.
