My client, a global leader in their field, are currently recruiting for an interim Payroll Manager to join the business on a 3 month assignment. This role is responsible for overseeing the implementation of NGA and therefore previous NGA exposure is essential. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise a team of 2 Payroll Officers - Manage relationship with current Payroll Provider and ensure a successful implementation of new payroll with NGA - Manage UK Payroll Team on review, improving process and policies - Guide and support the team on the process, dealing with issues and queries - Ensure team meets key deadlines on annual timetables and compensation activities. Successful Candidates: - Immediately available - Proven NGA exposure - System implementation experience is essential - Confident to work remotely and liaise with team through digital platforms
