Overview

Here at Fresh Property Group, we are now looking for a Senior Customer Service Assistant to join us at Alma Court, Canterbury. Keeping exceptional customer service at the forefront of your mind, you will provide a responsive reception service and be the first point of contact for tenants and prospective tenants. Ensuring the reception and management suite is clean and tidy at all times, you will deal with customer enquiries by email, telephone and in person and undertake viewings, giving appropriate advice to potential tenants when required. The Senior Customer Service Assistant will also monitor and chase rent arrears and undertake inspections of the student flats and rooms, assessing condition for any re-charges. About You We’re looking for an individual who has previous customer service experience; selling, retaining and maintaining good working relationships. Comfortable working in a high pressurised environment, you will have exceptional administration skills and be a strong communicator who has the ability to liaise with a range of stakeholders through varying means such as orally and in writing. Flexibility in working hours is a must, as is competence in the use of Microsoft Office and social media. We’re looking for somebody who is willing to learn and develop, has a keen interest in building management and who has confidence to take on a hands-on role when dealing with complicated scenarios. With excellent organisation skills, you will play a part organising and carrying out social events, which will require your attendance and therefore could involve working later at those times. Those who have experience of living or working in student accommodation or who have worked with students in any capacity would be a distinct advantage, however this is not essential.
