Part Time Administrator AltemisLab LTD Copley Hill Business Park, CB22 3GN Part-time role We have an immediate opening for an experienced administrator to join our life sciences equipment & consumables supply company based in Cambridge. We are a small friendly professional team, based at Copley Hill Business Park office, Babraham, CB22 3GN. Flexible choice of days / hours 16 hours / week Free parking at the office The successful applicant will be: Enthusiastic & organised have excellent interpersonal skills & excellent attention to detail Self-motivated & independent enjoy working on their own and as part of a team Effective using Word, Excel & Outlook experienced using Microsoft packages, data entry into excel, design & print labels, email documents and a willingness to learn using QuickBooks Confident when answering the telephone have an excellent telephone manner and proficient in taking messages Experienced or have a willingness to learn booking courier shipments shipping small to medium boxes in the UK and to EU & ROW Main duties will include : overseeing day to day running of the office, answering the phone, emailing, order processing, unpacking boxes, packing boxes, paper filing, preparing and printing marketing material, making up product sample packs, product shipping boxes, data entry into excel, keeping office areas & warehouse tidy Job Requirements: Proven work experience as an office administrator Knowledge of office management systems and processes MS Office 365 online and English proficiency Ability to multitask and prioritise daily workload Excellent verbal and written communications skills Discretion and confidentiality We look forward to hearing from you.
