Overview
Residential Conveyancer - Swindon Top 100 law firm is looking for an experienced residential conveyancer to join a reputable team based in Swindon. The residential property, farms & estates team support clients with buying and selling their properties across our Bath, Oxford, London and Swindon offices. Duties: Manage a caseload of residential conveyancing files, dealing effectively with cases and transactions including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, leasehold extensions, re-financing and re-mortgaging, affordable housing and transfers of equity. Deal directly with clients to take instructions and ensure full understanding in order to deliver on client expectations Work closely with partners and senior lawyers to develop client relationship skills Actively develop relationships with smaller clients Person Specification: You will be a solicitor, legal executive or licenced conveyancer At least 3 years experience managing a varied residential conveyancing caseload Apply today
