Overview
Badenoch and Clark are working in partnership with a reputable commercial practice, who are looking to secure a Solicitor for a nationally recognised department. The role will focus on mergers and acquisitions, capital markets and investment fund transactions. The firm act on behalf of various clients, including FTSE 100 companies and private individuals, with exposure to domestic and international work. As the ideal candidate you will have undertaken a corporate seat within your training contract and will be looking to establish yourself as a Corporate Lawyer. Additionally candidates who have already qualified possessing several years PQE would also be suitable for this role. Excellent remuneration is on offer, along with genuine career prospects.
