White Collar Crime Lawyer - Fixed Term Contract We are working with a highly regarded International Law firm who are seeking to hire an experienced White Collar Crime Lawyer to join their team in London on an initial fixed term contract for 3 months. There is a strong possibility of the role being extended or made permanent. This highly regarded team provides commercially oriented, specialist legal advice to corporates, institutions, and individuals from across a number of sectors, including financial services, energy, real estate, hospitality and leisure and corporate intelligence. They deal with civil fraud and asset tracing, internal investigations, private prosecutions, criminal defence and data privacy. The teams regularly acts on matters with both a civil and criminal component with both a UK and international outlook. They conduct investigations in the number of jurisdictions. Sought is an experienced White Collar Crime Lawyer with upwards of 3 years PQE who has gained broad experience from a reputable Top 20 UK/City/US firm to join initially on an interim basis for up to 3 months. The team also encourages applications from barristers of 3-5 years call with both civil and criminal experience. The candidate will have developed core litigation and investigative skills with experience acting for both corporates and individuals. In particular, the candidate will have experience of acting in both investigations and high value civil fraud and asset tracing claims which span across multiple jurisdictions.
