A fantastic family run based firm located close to the Milton Keynes area are seeking an experienced Private Client Paralegal/Trainee Solicitor/NQ to join their firm on a permanent basis. The successful Private Client Solicitor will handle their own caseload focusing on various aspects including complex will drafting, Lasting powers of attorney, probate, estate planning and administration, tax, trusts and court of protection. The ideal Private Client Paralegal/Solicitor will have at least 2 years' experience in a similar position and be confident in handling a caseload. They will be able to hit the ground running and you will hold an interest in business development to aid developing the department. Legal Executives with FILEx qualification will be considered. Salary is NOE depending on experience because of the complexity of the role. There are many incentives involved in this particular role, which can be discussed.
