Reed HR are currently working with a global aviation company who are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their busy team. You will support the team’s ambitious growth plans by identifying, attracting and retaining the best talent possible. Salary on offer: £30,000 - £35,000 Skills required: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written A wide range of recruitment skills and sourcing tools and techniques On boarding processes Sending out starter packs to new starters Conducting interviews Headhunting Ability to prioritise workloads and manage multiple relationships Recruitment administration duties Review and restructure recruitment process within the organisation Advice line managers across the business To be successful in this role, you will be a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Partner who is ideally CIPD qualified.
