Restaurant Supervisor

Role Overview Here at Dobbies Garden Centres, we are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Restaurant Supervisor to join our team. As Restaurant Supervisor your duties will involve providing effective support to the Restaurant Management team on a daily basis. As Supervisor of the restaurant, you will ensure the efficiency of the staff make sure all stations are covered effectively ensuring a high level of service is being offered to our customers by all staff. You will have flexible, practical and hands-on approach to work, leading the team to deliver the best possible hospitality experience for our customers. You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance and adherence to the Restaurant Operational procedures, monitoring standards and ensuring the team follow company guidelines i.e. portion control, stock control, compliance with all statutory requirements e.g. health & safety; food hygiene, Cooksafe. About You To be successful in this role you will be passionate about food and keen to develop your skills and experiences. You will have proven capability as an effective team leader as well as successful delivery of budgetary controls and management. Our restaurants deliver high volume in a compact environment and therefore require a hands-on, flexible approach to work. Previous experience in a retail catering role and holding a relevant food safety qualification would be an advantage. What we offer This role attracts a competitive salary dependant on experience.
