Information Security Consultant My client, a global organisation based in Reading are actively looking for an information security consultant to continue to drive and deliver on their ISO27001 accreditation. This contract is likely to run until December 2020. In order to be considered for the role you must have experience working with and end to end ISO27001 implementation, in a highly regulated environment. Exposure to Cyber Essentials/ Cyber Essentials plus would also be advantageous. All interviews will be conducted via skype but they are keen to move swiftly. Experience: Experience of delivering change through a project management lifecycle that could include Waterfall, Agile or Hybrid approaches. Information Security Project delivery experience - ISO27001 essential A knowledge of applied project management, delivery and planning principles that includes scoping, requirements, testing and business readiness. A knowledge of project budget management processes that includes how to conduct regular re-forecasting, tracking variance, and the impact of change control. Strong business influencing and decision-making skills that achieve early resolution of key decisions and remove conflict from the project. Successful and proven relationship management skills that enable complex project problems to be communicated to key stakeholders in an accessible and engaging way. Have a relevant project management qualification (example Prince 2) Have delivered projects in both a Waterfall and an Agile/ Hybrid manner, using project management tools such as JIRA and MS Project. Experience of delivering complex Business Change and IT delivery projects Proven track record of project delivery Skills: Good communication skills Able to build strong relations with business users, IT Delivery Managers, Project team members and peers Good negotiation and influencing skills Ability to work alone and within a team Excellent planning and organisational skills Well versed in MS Office software People and stakeholder management
