Contract Service Implementation and End User Support Design - Up to £1,000 per day Initial 4-month contract Financial Services Southampton As a preferred supplier to this global wealth management organisation, we have been asked to assist in the hire of an experienced Contract Service Implementation and End User Support Design. The successful candidate will be stationed in Southampton mostly, however, will be required to travel to London and occasionally India. Our client is essentially looking to renegotiate their outsource agreements, as part of a wider supplier base rightsizing exercise. Some of the outsource services will be brought inhouse; whilst the remaining services will be renegotiated in terms of a future agreement. Skills / Environment Extensive knowledge of IT outsource agreements. Experience of insource-ing services from IT outsource providers. Experience in running IT services - notably all infrastructure service discipline. Will be beneficial to have proven experience in IT service transformation activity.
