Junior Field Engineer – Up to £20,000 per annum DOE – Rochdale, UK The Role We are looking for an experienced and capable Junior Field Engineer to assist the existing team with the installation and maintenance of CCTV and security equipment throughout the UK; and maintain our stock management system, ensuring the stock is up to date and adhere to company quality and health and safety standards. The key responsibilities of a Junior Field Engineer include, but are not limited to: Performing the installation of CCTV towers and equipment; servicing of CCTV systems; and fault diagnosis of CCTV systems Driving to sites nationally, managing van stock and carrying out daily vehicle inspections Surveying sites; completing paperwork; and adhering to the health and safety requirements of Wireless CCTV and our clients Assembling and testing electronics: PCB board assembly, cable preparation, programming CCTV cameras, and overall assembly of WCCTV products Testing of products; completing build records; and performing remedial fault analysis and technical support Assisting in the implementation of improvements wherever possible to reduce costs and improve time efficiency; assisting and updating production processes and documentation; and assisting in engineering change control Performing any other duties within the level of competence as requested by the Directors or Senior Management You will ensure that all procedures are adhered to as stipulated in the Company Quality Procedures and Quality Policy in accordance with the ISO 9001:2015 standard.
