If these employee benefits sound attractive read on Robertson Bell are currently recruiting for a permanent Finance Manager to join a large not for profit organisation based in Surrey. Reporting directly into the Head of Finance you will lead a small team of four and be fully involved with budget modelling and the preparation of the medium-term financial plan. Responsibilities will include: Work closely with the Head of Finance to develop key plans and financial strategies. Oversee risk management, reviews of financial controls and the following of vital legislation and governance. Lead on the delivery of the financial planning processes. Support budget holders, answering queries and providing vital advice and guidance. Conduct management accounting and analysis of financial performance. Assist with long-term and medium business plans also contributing to forecasts. Review ways of working and suggest and implement necessary improvements. Lead a team of four Accountants ensuring targets and deadlines are met. This organisation is hugely dynamic, forward thinking and currently in an excellent financial position. The permanent Finance Manager will oversee all things commercial and management accounting related and is a brilliant opportunity for someone with staff management and solid management accounts experience. This role will best suit someone with experience in a large sized organisation who is used to complex and large sets of data. The successful candidate will: Be a qualified accountant. Have experience managing staff. Have worked in a large size organisation. Have experience of managing financial systems, including setting and managing budgets, management accounts and cash flow. Have the experience of business partnering. Have excellent communication skills.
