Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced professional negligence paralegal to join an established team in the City of London. You will be part of a team handling negligence claims involving surveyors, lawyers and accountants from initial instruction through to successful completion of the claim. The team's work includes high value, complex cases. To be considered for this role you should already have experience of dealing with professional negligence matters, this may have been supporting solicitors and fee earners but could also include running your own files. You will be drafting letters, witness statements and schedules of loss, liaising with defendant solicitors, counsel and expert witnesses, as well as attending meditations, hearing and case conferences.
