JOB TITLE: Childcare Solicitor PQE REQUIRED: 5 years PQE LOCATION: Nottinghamshire SALARY: £40,000 - £60,000 OVERVIEW OF ROLE: • Our client currently has an exciting vacancy for an experienced Childcare Solicitor to come into the team and play a key role, handling a busy caseload as well as helping to grow the team. • The appointed Childcare Solicitor will join a professional but friendly firm based in a great location in Nottingham city centre. • This opportunity comes with a competitive salary relevant to experience as well as a number of benefits including generous holiday entitlement and a pension scheme. • Our client is enthusiastic about career development and ensures the support is in place for training and education opportunities. THE CHILDCARE SOLICITOR: • The ideal Childcare Solicitor should have at least five years of experience working in a similar role. • Membership of the Law Society's Children Panel would be an advantage but is not essential. • The successful candidate will be determined and enthusiastic, with solid experience of representing parents and/or children in public law proceedings.
