Overview
A residential conveyancer is required to work for an established law firm based in Petersfield, Hampshire area. My client is a highly respected law firm and is looking for either a qualified solicitor or legal executive to join this busy Conveyancing Department. As a residential conveyancing solicitor or legal executive, you will have the ability to manage a full caseload of files from instruction through to post completion dealing with sales, purchase, re-mortgages and equity release for freehold and leasehold properties. Ideally, you will have 3 years’ PQE and will be responsible for managing your own caseload and helping develop the department. In return for your hard work, the successful residential conveyancer will be rewarded by working for a firm which strongly believes in its fee earners, developing a close professional relationship with clients, and supplies appropriate mentoring and support to develop your career.
