An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Employment Solicitor/Associate to join a highly regarded East Midlands firm in their Leicester office. This role is rewarded with a competitive salary depending on the Employment Solicitor's experience, along with excellent benefits. About the role The Employment team carry out a good mix of contentious and non-contentious employment matters for predominantly Respondent clients and some very high net worth Claimants. Daily work of the Employment Solicitor/Associate will involve advising on a range of issues including employment tribunal and litigation proceedings, mediation, discrimination, whistleblowing, corporate support, TUPE and the drafting of various employment documentation. About the person The Employment Solicitor must be a UK qualified solicitor ideally with a minimum of 6 months experience. Candidates with more experience will also be strongly considered and there is no cap on level of PQE for this opportunity. Desired attributes of the Employment Solicitor/Associate include excellent interpersonal and communication skills, problem-solving and negotiation skills and commercial acumen.
