Senior Family Solicitor | Braintree | Salary NOE A successful Lexcel accredited law firm in Braintree are looking for a Family Solicitor / Legal Executive to join their private family law team. The successful Family Solicitor / Legal Executive will be able to run a case load of both Private and Legal aid matters. You must be proactive and be able to develop business. The work will predominantly consist of private files including Matrimonial & Finances such as pre-nuptial agreements, cohabitation and divorces. You may be required to advocate at court if you are able. The ideal Family Solicitor / Legal Executive will be 2 years PQE experience of running their own caseload and have experience with Private & Legal aided Law Family matters including Matrimonial, Financial and Children Act work.
