This will be an autonomous role meanwhile working with the Residential Property Partner to further develop the team, and their offering throughout Essex. The Role The firm are seeking to hire an experienced Conveyancer or Residential Property Solicitor to join their team in Essex. You will be working within one of the regions strongest Property departments and will play a pivotal role working on a varied caseload meanwhile supporting the Partners to drive the department forwards and ensure future success. They are looking for a motivated and experienced Conveyancer or Residential Property Solicitor to manage their own varied caseload including: Buying & Selling, Transfer of Equity, Mortgages and Remortgages and Tenancy agreements, the variety of which will make for an interesting role. This firm attract a range of work from high volume work to more complex matters, so you must be confident working to your own initiative, seeking out support from the Partners where necessary.
