Are you a passionate and ambitious RTA Paralegal local to the beautiful city of Chester? Do you want to take on an exciting new challenge working as part of a specialist RTA division? This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident and capable RTA paralegal looking to join a rewarding team working on pre-litigated RTA claims throughout the RTA MOJ Portal process. The firm has its own dedicated Stage 1 (FNOL) division, so each case will be passed over to be dealt with by yourself at Stages 2 & 3. You must, therefore, have previous RTA MOJ Portal experience. Opportunities exist in time for you to progress while dealing with more complex and litigated RTA claims. There is an active internal promotion system, based on merit and performance for each fee earner/paralegal. In this pre-litigated RTA paralegal role, you'll be operating out of commercial offices in Chester, where the firm is offering a competitive market leading salary, bonus system and benefits package.
