Overview
Established practice in Wiltshire seeks a Family Paralegal on a full or part time, permanent basis. Joining a specialist family team located n the Trowbridge area, the successful paralegal will gain hands-on experience in all aspects of family matters. Managing a varied workload, you will ensure the continued delivery of outstanding client care and services. This position is offered on either a part time basis working approximately 24 hours a week or full time for the right candidate. Responsibilities • Liaising with clients and taking instructions • Divorce • Children matters • Financial relief • Separation agreements • Conducting legal research • Legal Aid applications • Attending court The Candidate • A paralegal with a minimum of one year’s experience in a similar position • Previous experience in family matters is highly desirable • Be a strong communicator both verbally and written • A team player who is equally comfortable working on their own initiative • Professional, personable and client-focused • Has a desire for professional development The Firm A multi-office practice, our client delivers a full range of legal services to individuals and businesses, both locally and further afield.
