This is a great opportunity for a private client solicitor or FCILEx with 2-4 years’ PQE to join a highly regarded firm in Canterbury, Kent. You will be running your own caseload of a range of private client work including wills, LPAs, declarations of trust and inheritance tax planning in regards to simple estates and medium complexity matters involving domestic and overseas property, trusts and agricultural estates.
