HEALTHCARE SOLICITOR A healthcare lawyer is required to deal with a mix of regulatory and disciplinary work for this recognised team based out of its Manchester office. Role Overview This firm is independently recognised as a leader in all areas of healthcare work. for this opportunity they are looking for a solicitor who can deal with a mix of professional discipline and inquests work. The work encompasses handling fitness to practise proceedings before many healthcare regulators including the GMC and GDC. There is also work representing NHS Trusts and individual practitioners in inquests and judicial reviews. Candidate Profile The firm is seeking and healthcare solicitor with the following experience/characteristics: Qualified solicitor Previous experience handling own caseload of professional regulatory healthcare work Able to develop relationships with important clients and their key contacts.
