Australia calling- Opportunities for M&A and Funds Management Lawyers at leading Global Firm in Sydney Stanford are currently instructed by one of the leading Financial Services Practices in the Australian market to identify a Senior Associate level candidate with either an M&A or Funds Management background. Our client advises institutional investors on their fund management strategies, regulatory obligations and investments across the full spectrum of asset classes in Australia and internationally that include private equity, pension and sovereign wealth funds, infrastructure funds, alternative capital providers and real estate investment trusts. They are currently looking for a Senior Associate level lawyer to join their team to work on both transactional funds management work as well as advising on the formation/structuring of funds and the regulatory requirements that underpins them. Candidates sought will have a strong interest in this area of law and be able to manage multiple deadlines and stakeholders.
