Overview
A traditional firm is on the look-out for a Commercial Property Paralegal to join their offices in Darlington. This is a fantastic opportunity for a paralegal who wants to further their commercial property career as the firm offers genuine routes for progression. In this role you will be working within the Head of the Commercial Property department and so this is a really unique opportunity to develop your skills working alongside a Solicitor who has experience working at a top international law firm before moving into this highly regarded high street firm. What would make you a successful candidate? -The ideal candidate would need to have previous experience as a Paralegal or Legal Assistant within another commercial property department. -It is essential that you are fully confident in completing title checks. -You should want to progress and develop and manage your own caseload under supervision. -Experience with Stamp Duty Land Tax would be advantageous.
