Overview
Reed have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Qualified Social Work recruiter, to run and grow your own successful desk within Birmingham QSW. The successful candidate will lead permanent social worker recruitment by developing new business opportunities, but also managing the existing client base. You will be working with local authorities and private clients, in recruiting for roles from Social Workers to Management. What will this role entail? Be proactive in researching and developing new business Build relationships with client and candidates, whilst delivering a great service Meet and exceed targets, both in activity and financially Sourcing and screening candidates, both F2F and telephone Hard working and flexible to business needs Advertise enticing vacancies You will need to have: Strong experience in QSW recruitment (ideally 2 years) Understanding and experience in high compliance recruitment Confidence and ability to develop new business Be able to work independently Be able to manage a high volume workload Enjoy building relationship with client and candidates Be able to take on addition responsibilities and be adaptable What happens next?
