Hygiene Operative

Hygiene Operative Quest Employment are currently recruiting for Hygiene Operatives for a food production client based in Brackley. Successful applicants will join the team on a temporary basis with the possibility to go permanent. Main duties will include assisting with factory maintenance and cleanliness to support the smooth running of the site. Your key responsibilities will include: Clean the factory to a high standard- adhering to company safety policies Ensuring the safe use of chemicals Using chemicals and jet washers to carry out cleaning of all machinery ready for production start-up Ensuring no residue when wiping down all equipment Comply fully with cleaning standards set by the department Follow instructions Following strict food handling procedures The working environment is cold, as you will be working when the factory is non-operational Full training and relevant PPE will be provided. Shifts available: There are 4 available shift pattern rotas available with hours as below: 18:00-06:00/06:30 Mon – Fri- 06:00- 18:00 Saturdays and Sundays The average hours worked each week is 38.5 The shift rotas vary – Example: 3 nights on 2 nights off, 4 nights on 1 night off, nights on 2 nights off. Full details of all rotas available will be discussed on receipt of your application.
