Community Social Worker- Practice Manager Looking to work for a good Ofsted rated authority? Role - Permanent Salary- 45K-48K Location- East London My client is an ambitious, diverse and exciting Authority in East- London borough. They are looking for qualified Practice Manager who would like to improve practice and raise standards over the East London region.This role is a full-time and permanent position with a good salary and excellent benefits. As a Practice Manager you will be offering advice and managing 4-5 social carers. They are particularly interested in Social Workers in Community Health and Social Care services. You would be making sure the social workers have got their case works and making sure they visit all children on child protection plan every 10 days. My client will offer you flexible working hours and the chance to work from home when needed, with great career progression and training provided for those who are looking to step up from a Senior Practitioner to a Practice Manager.
