Overview

AJ Chambers are currently working with an outstanding Chartered Accountancy Firm based in Central London who are looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic Payroller with a ‘can do‘ attitude to join their growing team. Responsibilities: Processing monthly payroll, auto-enrolment and advising clients of amounts to pay Corresponding with client regarding their PAYE/NIC and Net wages payments Logging starters and leavers onto the payroll software Dealing with SMP and SSP calculations Creating reports Changing bank and personal details Creating and updating trackers/checklists Assisting with the preparation of forms P11D Checking pay slips, starter details, sickness, leavers, COD’s and maternity calculations Handling P60’s and pay slips Dealing with queries regarding payroll, via phone and email Ideal candidate: Must have a minimum of 3 years experience in a payroll position within accountancy practice Use of Sage payroll would be beneficial although not essential Good communication skills with both clients and team members are essential If interested in hearing more about this opportunity, please apply directly or contact Demi Dawson at AJ Chambers
