Overview
Senior Compliance Officer / Manager - General Insurance Location: Bristol Package: Negotiable Our client are a growing multifaceted General Insurance Group, as a group they have grown strongly and have a solid financial footing. Due to their ongoing growth and a reshuffle they are now looking to add a Senior Compliance officer / Manager to their General Insurance operations which has a FTE north of 50 staff. They have established procedures and have a hands on management team who are all led by the processes already in place. Your going to be hands on so you need to be a great communicator who’s adept at both dealing with the Broking team as you are with the board of directors. You’ll need to be CII qualified - Ideally DIP as a minimum Your background should include sound knowledge of the Regulatory landscape, the principles and SM&CR You’ll need to get the Broking market and be able to design and implement processes that are as effective for the business as they are for the FCA. Prioritising your workload across the group and ensuring they are all clued up on what that have to do. With the support of a highly focused and agile management team and a marketing team that can push what you need to be in front of the team this role is one that will grow significantly. Package wise our client are flexible as they are after the right person - they are however looking to move quickly even in this climate as they are passionate about pushing the business forwards and ensuring they look after both their staff and their clients - Client retention is north of 95% year on year
