Intouch Games Ltd are currently searching for a Junior UX Designer to work within our digital team to work on a multitude of User Interfaces across multiple platforms to join our award winning games studio, based in the West Midlands. We are proud to say that we are currently the UK's largest privately owned e-gaming studio and, as it stands, have over 300 employees here in our Birmingham studio alone With fantastic earning potential through our bi-annual salary reviews and a path set for progression, it's an excellent opportunity for someone to come onboard and collaborate on a variety of exciting internal and customer facing projects. In this position, you will be working as part of the Marketing and Design team where you will bring our user interfaces to life across our mobile apps and web. You will utilise your design skills to create design concepts including sketches, user flows, storyboards, wireframes and prototypes and follow an iterative design process, including research and user analysis, which will in turn create a positive impact for both users and the business. You will also be working with multiple departments including product managers, designers and developers as well as stakeholders to articulate design proposals and discuss feedback. Key skills we are looking for: Creative design skills (Adobe CS, HTML, CSS etc.) Experience with Adobe XD, UXpin, InVision or any other tools that will aid the design and prototype process Comfortable sketching ideas and wireframes, and are able to adapt to evolving requirements and stakeholder feedback Ideally the ability to work with Data (qualitative and quantitative) to identify or help solve problems Someone who is proactive, and has a positive and enthusiastic attitude And bonus points for: Experience working in gaming/gambling environment Experience working on mobile design principles So, if you are a passionate UX/UI Designer who is eager to create imaginative user focused design concepts from start to finish, and are keen to join a team of talented and hardworking individuals and a company that not only recently won Digital Business of the Year at the West Midlands Tech Awards 2018, but also have a 1 star accreditation as a 'Top Company to Work For' then please send your CV for review and we will look forward to speaking with you soon
