Overview
Our client is an international design consultancy, delivering multi-disciplinary engineering solutions in the Built Environment. Their structural, building services, infrastructure and environmental teams collaborate in the design of some of the world's most impressive projects. A Structural Engineering Associate is required to help lead their Structural Engineering team in Leeds and grow and develop the team to meet the future growth opportunities. The Associate should also have experience and a good understanding of how to lead multi-discipline projects. Operational responsibilities: Working closely with clients, architects and other internal engineers as part of a dedicated and skilled team. Excellent concept design skills. Able to act as a Project Director on large multi-disciplinary projects. To be able to demonstrate competence in undertaking a Project Director role in a competent manner and in compliance with the defined KPI's Take the lead role in project acquisition and business development. Capable of deputising for the Regional Director in terms of client management, project management and office management. Able to contribute to the overall profitability of the office. You must be computer literate in Microsoft Office and an experienced technical and commercial leader; with a track record of exceptional delivery over a sustained period within the industry.
