Pricing Analyst

CMA Recruitment Group is representing a UK subsidiary of a well-known international group in Eastleigh with their search for a Pricing Analyst. This is a newly created permanent role to support a new team structure as the business continues to grow. What will the role involve? Working with the Managing Director, Commercial Director and Sales Managers, take the lead on commercial pricing of new contracts and growth opportunities where the complexity of the deal and solution requires input Challenge senior stakeholders on the pricing assumptions received to ensure these are realistic and commercial Help create innovative solutions, produce cost and pricing models and written responses including pricing mechanism and commercial deal shaping Actively manage the update of the standard pricing model to remain current and price competitive Weekly analysis of trading data and monitoring ongoing performance Maintenance and monitoring of customer and supplier price files Market analysis and reporting. Suitable Candidate: Previous experience of analysing sales and marketing data, ideally pricing and commercial data Advanced knowledge of Excel Ideally studying ACCA/CIMA, however, candidates who are qualified by experience will also be accepted.
