Overview
Desktop Support Engineer Desktop Support Engineer - Crawley, West Sussex - to £35k Desktop Support Engineer / IT Support Analyst. You will be overseeing Business As Usual tasks within a Windows, Active Directory environment. You will be familiar with Windows 2012, Active Directory, MS Outlook etc and accustomed to working within an ITIL environment. You will be responsible for Co-ordination of all tickets across all IT support disciplines. Experience, skills and knowledge: Over three years in a Service Desk / IT Help desk environment experience.
