Finance Analyst

This role will sit within the FP&A function and business partner a complex and fast-paced area. It will also provide key financial insight and challenge to the senior management team and produce accurate management accounts and analysis to support the business through budgeting and forecasting cycles. Main duties include: Managing the period end timetable and communicate out on a daily basis during the period end close process Owning the group FP&A calendar, updating as necessary Running the trial balance refreshes during period end Producing consolidated management accountant with analysis and commentary Supporting the Senior Finance Analyst in producing the reforecasting, including presentations and Board paper, as well risks and opportunity tracker Supporting with and reviewing capital spend approval requests Producing Group related period end paper (board reports, result and MI packs) Owning and enhancing the Group capex reporting process Key skills & experience required: Part/Newly Qualified ACCA/ACA/CIMA Strong academic record Good working knowledge of Excel and generally systems savvy Proven track record working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Can prioritise and adapt in an evolving workplace Excellent communication, as you will be working with all levels of finance Logical, driven and proactive approach to tasks Possesses a keen eye for detail Personable and warm character Flexible and creative approach to problem solving This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the fastest growing businesses around, with exciting strategy in place to cement its position as a global market leader.
