Some of your duties will include: - Supporting the Accounts Manager and assisting with a variety of day to day accounts tasks - Checking purchase invoices received and raising monthly cheque and BACs supplier payments - Raising sales invoices, recording payments received on ledger system and chasing overdue accounts - Reconciling petty cash expenditure, checking credit card expenditure and processing staff expenses - Assisting with month-end process, preparing profit and loss and variance to budget reports - Maintaining online bank accounts and investigating unidentified receipts that occur Regrettably, we are not able to respond to job applicants who are not shortlisted.
