EXCLUSIVE TO HAYS HR - HR Assistant job in Huddersfield Your new company A multinational manufacturing firm with very good ratings online as am employer who values it's staff and offer excellent benefits, is looking for an experienced HR Assistant to join their team in Huddersfield, West Yorkshire. Your new role Working as part of the central HR department, as HR Assistant you will be involved in employee life-cycle administration activities, ensuring the efficient and accurate processing of all employee related information and data. This will include taking a lead of issuing of all new contracts, change in employee details, taking minutes in ER investigation meetings and delivering inductions to new starters. Using HR systems you will work closely with a variety of stakeholders across the head office and other regional offices to ensure the employee data is up to date and accurate. You will also be the primary administrator of the Time & Attendance system, working closely with Payroll team to assist the Managers and Supervisors in the business ensuring they are able to process the changes and use the system fully. What you'll need to succeed Previous experience of working in human resources is essential. If you have a background in HR Administration and experience of using internal HR systems, we want to hear from you. Payroll knowledge and skills would be a distinct advantage, and strong communication skills are essential.
