Brand New Service New Staff Team Required - Bank positions available Pay rate: £9.50 per hour Experienced Support and Enablement Workers covering day and night shifts on a rota basis. We're looking for people with a great heart and passion to succeed to come and work as a Support and Enablement Worker at our new specialist behavioural support service in Bartley Green. Candidate's with a Full UK Drivers License are highly desirable. It's crucial that you have experience and an understanding of autism and learning disabilities. We are supporting individuals to move into their own property and start their journey to a more independent lifestyle. We will deliver intense support during difficult times, so it's essential that you have experience in supporting people with anxieties and communication difficulties who may present with challenges to the service .
