Support WorkerGreylees Sleaford Pay: £8.72 per hour -contracted hours Full time/Part time/Bank Role Overview:- We're looking for someone with great passion to come and work as a Support Worker at Byards Keep. Located in Greylees, near to Sleaford, situated close to the A17 We are a large Residential service that provides care and support to adults with learning and physical disabilities and complex needs. We support individuals with Autism, Mental Health, complex challenging behaviours, Downs Syndrome and sensory impairment associated needs. Support at Byards Keep is person-centred with the individual always being at the centre of their care and support. They rely on you to keep them safe, treat them with dignity and support them to live a truly enriched life. Byards Keep is a welcoming, relaxed, homely, yet professional residential home. That we are passionate about the support we provide, supporting the individuals in a way that is respectful, promotes independence and enables the people that use our services to realise their own full potential. The individuals enjoy many activities in and around their community such as swimming, cinema, educational/life skills, disco's, sports club, bowling, annual holidays and much more, so you'll be assisting with these on a day to day basis. Requirements:- For Support Workers in this location previous experience is required , however all of our staff receive training tailored to the needs of the people they support.You'll join the team working on a rota that includes early, late, weekend, night and Bank Holiday shifts This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a motivated and determined team.
